Position: Litigation Lawyer

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer with strong courtroom exposure and in-depth legal acumen. The ideal candidate should have a proven background in handling diverse legal matters and the ability to represent the firm across various jurisdictions. This position involves frequent travel for court appearances and client meetings; therefore, male candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all litigation-related matters including civil, criminal, and corporate cases.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, replies, agreements, and written statements.
• Represent the company and clients before various courts, tribunals, and authorities.
• Conduct detailed legal research, case law analysis, and prepare arguments for hearings.
• Liaise with external counsels, clients, and government departments as required.
• Maintain proper documentation and case records.
• Provide legal opinions and assist in strategic decision-making on ongoing cases.
• Travel across different cities/courts as required for hearings and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience in active casework.
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws and court processes.
• Excellent drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and multiple cases efficiently.
• Must be willing to travel frequently for case-related work.
• Must have their own laptop for work and case documentation.

Compensation & Working Hours:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
