Job Description Ohh! Buddie is Kolkata's fastest fashion quick commerce platform, delivering curated styles to customers in just 69 minutes. The platform is redefining online fashion shopping for the new generation by offering fast, stylish, and seamless shopping experiences. As a Listing Manager at Ohh! Buddie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, attractiveness, and optimization of product listings on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Product Listing & Management: - Uploading new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, pricing, and attributes. - Ensuring high-quality images and category tagging for every product. - Maintaining style and format consistency across the platform. - Coordination & Workflow: - Working closely with the Vendor Manager to receive seller catalogs and listing details. - Coordinating with sellers for missing information, image corrections, or bulk uploads. - Assisting in bulk listing through Excel sheets, CSVs, or platform-specific tools. - Platform & Quality Control: - Ensuring listings meet platform standards such as title length, keywords, image size, and SEO best practices. - Regularly auditing the site for broken listings, price mismatches, or out-of-stock issues. - Updating listings in real-time based on stock availability and changes from sellers. - Reporting & Analytics: - Maintaining a listing tracker for daily uploads and category-wise growth. - Sharing periodic reports on catalog health, category gaps, and listing performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in product listing, cataloging, or e-commerce backend management. - Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic image editing. - Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom CMS is a plus. - Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and organizational skills. - Good communication skills to interact effectively with sellers and internal teams.
