Liquidity Middle Office - CALM - Vice President

Role Overview: You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving solutions in Cash and Liquidity. As a Vice President in the Cash and Liquidity Market's (CALM) Middle Office team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the processing and growth of CALM products while ensuring a high standard of service delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Provide ad-hoc support for audit queries, projects, new product onboardings, and UAT for technology changes. - Manage metrics for the CALM business, including client reporting, business analytics, and MO team capacity. - Oversee onboardings for clients, MMF funds, and fund providers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness throughout the end-to-end lifecycle. - Supervise monthly reconciliation of revenue share reporting for billing and finance. - Maintain controls and procedures to mitigate risks to clients and the liquidity business. - Deliver concise, timely written and oral status updates across all organizational levels, and analyze daily and monthly business metrics. - Drive the change agenda and process improvement initiatives. Qualification Required: - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. - Analytical and resourceful/strategic thinker. - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. - Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience. Additional Details: The role may involve working independently, taking initiative, and valuing teamwork within a small group. Previous experience in Liquidity or Money Market Fund is considered a plus.,
