Linux Trainer

Job Responsiblities: 1. Prepare training delivery plan and perform lab setup to fulfil requirement raised by CSS team. 2. Deliver effective training with technical demos to build technical capability of the resources as per the business projections agreed and approved by client/ CSS team. 3. Conduct Reviews/ interviews/ written tests/ online tests of the trainees as per training delivery plan. 4. Perform gap analysis of the trainees from respective batches as per the performance improvement plan if required. 5. Create and maintain necessary records i.e. training delivery plan status report, consolidated score card, gap analysis report, post training feedback records etc. 6. Create, maintain and update the training delivery material i.e. PPT presentations, case studies, PDFs, lab assignments, question bank and evaluate on monthly basis. 7. Assistance to conduct online aptitude tests for the trainee recruitment process as per the requirement. 8. knowledge to setup, conduct and generate the results using Moodle application. 9. Assistance to conduct online tests as per the department specific needs. Desired Skill: Must Have Skillsets: 1) Strong knowledge of Unix/ OS fundamentals: a. Linux OS architecture b. Memory management c. Process management d. Networking basics including OSI model, IP addressing, netmask, subnetting, DNS, DHCP concepts e. Storage fundamentals i.e. disk structure, types of devices, device driver concept, RAID, LVM f. Good hands-on knowledge on shell scripting 2) Strong technical knowledge of LINUX system administration at L1 a. Installation and configuration of Linux systems b. User Management c. File system management d. Package management and system updates and patching e. System monitoring and performance tunning f. Network configuration and monitoring g. Backup and recovery h. Automation using shell scripting i. Troubleshooting j. Tunning performance parameters Good to have: 1) Knowledge of LMS using Moodle base application This is work from office Role in Sinhagad Road Immediate Joiners preferred.
