The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and monitoring the IT infrastructures of our clients, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and operational continuity. Main Responsibilities: Monitor IT infrastructure using Checkmk and proactively address issues for both internal and customer environments. o Troubleshoot and resolve system and application-related issues in Linux and Windows environments. o Manage and maintain hypervisors and physical infrastructure. o Administer and maintain backup solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability. o Escalate complex issues to service providers or vendors and collaborate for resolution. o Develop and maintain scripts using Bash or PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency. o Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge sharing and process improvement. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Linux system administration. o Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux troubleshooting. o Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and PowerShell. o Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM. o Hands-on experience in managing backup solutions like Commvault or Veeam. o RHCE Certification preferred. o Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment. o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities On subject Line Please mention the Post you are applying with Experience / Current Location.
