Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Linux System Administration with hands-on experience in Linux operating systems and hardware installation. The ideal candidate will support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and systems, including computers, video conferencing equipment, and related peripherals.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science
or a related field from a recognized university
Minimum
1 year of experience
in a technical support or hardware-related role
Proficiency in
Linux OS
environments
Experience with
hardware installation
, including desktops, laptops, video conferencing systems, and peripheral devices

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and hardware components
Set up and troubleshoot
Linux-based systems
for internal users
Assist in the installation and maintenance of
video conferencing equipment
and other office tech
Provide first-level technical support for hardware and OS-related issues
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware procurement and upgrades
Maintain documentation of system configurations and support activities
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with basic networking concepts
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Good communication and documentation abilities
