Job Description

As a Support Engineer at ServerGuy located in Noida, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support to our client list. Your role will involve providing enterprise-level support via email/helpdesk and live chat, monitoring servers, responding to incidents, deploying, automating, supporting, and troubleshooting services. You will also be involved in migrating applications to our platform, managing AWS Cloud environments, updating documentation, and providing maintenance reports. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver exceptional customer support via email/helpdesk and live chat - Monitor servers and respond to incidents - Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot services - Migrate applications to our platform - Build, operate, and support AWS Cloud environments - Write, update, and enhance documentation including Playbooks - Provide periodic reports on maintenance and upgrade activities Qualifications Required: - Prior experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role - Proficiency with Linux-based servers and Virtualization - Familiarity with cPanel/WHM Control Panel - Technical aptitude and ability to grasp new technologies quickly - Experience with the WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL) Bonus Skills: - Proficiency in writing Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts - Experience with AWS - Knowledge of Security & PenTesting ServerGuy offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, provides medical insurance, ensures a great learning experience, and gives you the chance to work in a rapidly growing international company where your contributions have a direct and immediate impact.
