Linux/ Cloud Support Engineer

As a Support Engineer at ServerGuy located in Noida, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support to our client list. Your role will involve providing enterprise-level support via email/helpdesk and live chat, monitoring servers, responding to incidents, deploying, automating, supporting, and troubleshooting services. You will also be involved in migrating applications to our platform, managing AWS Cloud environments, updating documentation, and providing maintenance reports.
