Job Description

As a Support Engineer at ServerGuy located in Noida, you will play a crucial role in delivering enterprise-level support to our expanding client base. You will be part of a team that utilizes a tech stack including NodeJS, Terraform, Ansible, RunDeck, LXC, ZFS, ELK, Nginx, AWS, Zabbix, Prometheus, and Kubernetes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver exceptional customer support through email/helpdesk and live chat channels. - Monitor servers and promptly respond to incidents. - Deploy, automate, support, and troubleshoot services. - Assist in migrating applications to our platform. - Build, operate, and maintain AWS Cloud environments. - Create and update documentation, including Playbooks. - Provide regular reports on maintenance and upgrades. **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role. - Proficiency with Linux-based servers and Virtualization. - Familiarity with cPanel/WHM Control Panel. - Technical aptitude and a quick grasp of new technologies. - Experience working with the WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL). **Bonus Skills:** - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Ansible. - Experience with AWS services. - Knowledge of Security and Penetration Testing.
