Description
Required Skills: Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell). Knowledge of virtualization technologies (KVM, ESXi). Experience with networking, storage, and security concepts. Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities : System Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software, including performance tuning, security updates, and troubleshooting. Cloud Migration: Assist with cloud migration projects, including infrastructure assessments, migration planning, and execution. Cloud Infrastructure: Work on AWS to build and manage cloud environments, including VMs, storage, and networking. Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts for automating tasks, provisioning resources, and managing cloud environments. Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect Linux systems and cloud infrastructure from unauthorized access. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams (DevOps, Networking, Security) to ensure successful cloud migration and ongoing system maintenance. Documentation: Document system configurations, procedures, and cloud infrastructure.
