Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Supervisor based in Pedakakani. The Line Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage a team of field staff, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring proper maintenance of electrical lines, conducting quality checks on equipment, coordinating scheduled outages or repairs, and providing training and guidance to staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management and leadership
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure operational efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
• Experience or aptitude in Training employees on standard safety protocols, procedures, and best practices
• A background in the power distribution or utilities sector is highly desirable
• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
