Line Manager, Process Automation

As a Line Manager for Process Automation at NNE, you will be responsible for leading a motivated, multi-functional team and ensuring the successful execution of projects within the department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing all operating activities within the department, including preparing proposals, executing projects, staffing plans, resource utilization optimization, and customer and project follow-up. - Developing the skills and competences of the team to align with customer and market needs. - Supporting the development of country/regional business plans with discipline-specific knowledge. - Ensuring the department adheres to mandatory standards and best practices while promoting global knowledge sharing. - Fostering passion and high employee engagement within the team. - Securing timely and quality execution of work as per agreed expectations. - Demonstrating leadership by encouraging optimal development of processes, critical competences, and customer relations. - Hiring, onboarding, and managing the team effectively. - Ensuring key employee retention and achieving departmental goals based on employee feedback. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of twelve years of total experience with 2-10 years in people management. - Fluency in business English and one other local language. - Deep knowledge within the pharma business or engineering consultancy discipline. - Familiarity with industry guidelines such as S88, GAMP, GxP regulations, and stages like CD, BD, DD, FAT, SAT, UAT. - Degree in engineering or a related technical field. - Proven track record of high performance.
