Job Description

As the Line Manager for Process Automation at NNE, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and developing a motivated, multi-functional team to provide best-in-class consultancy for projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Responsible for all operating activities within the department/discipline, including prepared proposals, executed projects, staffing plans, resource optimization, and customer/project follow-up. - Developing and aligning the discipline competences of the department with customer and market needs. - Supporting the development of country/regional business plans with discipline-specific knowledge. - Ensuring the department applies mandatory standards and best practices, participates in global knowledge sharing, and maintains a high level of employee engagement. - Securing execution/work flows as per agreed time, quality, and expectations. - Demonstrating leadership by fostering optimal development of processes, critical competences, and customer relations. - Hiring, onboarding, and managing the team. - Responsible for key employee retention and achieving employee survey goals for the department. - Ensuring PDP feedback from relevant project managers for the employees. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum twelve years of total experience with 2-10 years of people management experience. - Fluency in business English and one other local language is a prerequisite. - Deep knowledge within the given discipline related to pharma business or engineering consultancy. - Understanding of industry guidelines and regulations such as S88, GAMP, GxP, CD, BD, DD, FAT, SAT, UAT, and qualification stages. - Degree in engineering or a similar technical field. - Proven track record of strong performance.
