Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Line Manager Operation with hands-on experience in sheet metal operations and production planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing production plans, ensuring safety and quality, and driving continuous improvement on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Execute production as per monthly plan across laser, plasma cutting, bending, drilling, rolling, and machining operations Expertise in laser cutting, press operations, rolling, nesting, and steel planning Plan and manage manpower effectively Ensure adherence to safety standards (SOP, HIRA, DWM, machine & behaviour safety) Engage with associates to resolve day-to-day issues
