Line Manager, Manufacturing IT

As a Manager in the Manufacturing IT department at NNE, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 15-25 specialized employees focused on the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems such as PAS-X, Syncade, or other MES. Working under the guidance of the Director of Manufacturing IT, you will play a crucial role in the daily management and operations of the team, ensuring the successful execution of projects within the pharmaceutical industry. Your responsibilities will include being an integral part of the Manufacturing IT management team, contributing to the definition and implementation of strategic goals, and fostering competence development within the department. You will collaborate closely with customer representatives, Account and Project Management teams, as well as strategic partners to drive successful project outcomes. In addition to your managerial duties, you will actively participate in projects to stay abreast of technical advancements and uphold the NNE way of working. Your role will involve working in a cross-disciplinary and co-creative environment, where you will have the opportunity to lead by example, motivate your team towards achieving goals, and prioritize tasks effectively. To excel in this position, you should possess a degree in engineering within IT, electrical and communication, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical production, along with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing IT within the industrial/life-science sector. Experience in people management or team management, as well as knowledge of engineering projects in the industrial/life-science sector, will be advantageous.
