Job Description

As a Manager in Cloud Services within Business Area Networks SAN Cloud and Applications at Ericsson, you will be leading a unit focused on providing best-in-class cloud-based development environments to R&D organizations. Your role involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of services, from operations to development, and collaborating with various teams within the Cloud & Applications domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage local and remote team members, serving as the Global Lead for your assigned services area - Collaborate with key roles within C&A to ensure effective stakeholder interaction, communication, and positioning strategies - Drive service development, operational management, and security within your service area - Facilitate competence development for the unit and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and OKRs **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent Communication & Presentation skills - Proficiency in English language - Leadership experience in an international operation - Change management expertise - Experience in service organization and handling challenging stakeholders - Familiarity with ITIL practices - Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, network, IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings - Cybersecurity awareness - Proficiency in lean & agile ways of working - Experience with DevSecOps practices - Design and management of cloud solutions in enterprise environments - Understanding of virtualization, containerization, and cloud computing technologies (e.g., VMware, OpenStack, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, etc.) At Ericsson, you will have the opportunity to push boundaries and innovate solutions to complex challenges.
