Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Line Leader located in Mau. The Line Leader will oversee daily operations of the production line, ensuring quality control, compliance with safety standards, and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include supervising workers, managing schedules, monitoring production targets, and troubleshooting any operational issues. The role also involves maintaining a positive team environment and ensuring optimal use of resources to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, supervise, and ensure efficient teamwork
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, production targets, and resource optimization
• Commitment to maintaining safety protocols and adhering to operational standards
• Ability to work on-site in Mau, Uttar Pradesh
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector is a plus
