Job Description

Line Inspectors

Key Responsibilities

Conduct
in-process and final inspection
of machined components.
Ensure products meet
quality standards, tolerances, and specifications
.
Perform
measurement checks
using instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, etc.
Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformances and report them promptly.
Maintain proper documentation of inspection reports, deviation reports, and quality logs.
Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with
ISO and internal quality procedures
.
Support continuous improvement activities in the machine shop.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
machining processes
and component inspection.
Ability to interpret
engineering drawings and GD&T
.
Hands-on experience with
precision measuring instruments
.
Good understanding of quality standards and inspection techniques.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in
auto components, precision machining, or heavy engineering
industries.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
