• Oversee and manage line haul & transport operations across all hubs
• Schedule and track vehicle appointments with the MIS team.
• Confirm stock readiness and vehicle size with warehouse (T-2 days).
• Ensure timely vehicle placement and coordination with vendors.
• Manage returns, POD collection, and delivery exceptions.
• Optimize freight costs and negotiate vendor credit terms.
• Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and ensure SLA adherence.
