LIMS Labvantage (L2 Support)

As a LIMS Labvantage - L2 Support professional with 4-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support for LabVantage application implementation in the Life Science domain. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing LIMS application for Life Science domain - Installing and supporting LIMS systems - Providing L2 support and troubleshooting for User Service Incidents and User Service Request tickets - Managing User access through activation, modification, revoke, and inactivation - Handling Data migration for LIMS - Reviewing and updating documentation related to incidents and service requests - Managing Data Packaging with CMT and CTT - Demonstrating proficiency in Problem Management and offering innovative solutions - Monitoring application logs to identify and address exceptions - Implementing minor enhancements for the application - Utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills - Directly collaborating with clients Additionally, you should have good knowledge of LabVantage application, be well-versed in User access management, data migration, and problem management, and possess experience in working directly with clients.
