Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lighting Designer based in Ahmedabad. The Lighting Designer will work on creating innovative lighting solutions that align with architectural and interior design projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing lighting plans, selecting appropriate lighting systems, designing lighting layouts, and ensuring alignment with project specifications and client expectations. Collaboration with architects, interior designers, and contractors will be integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Lighting Design, Lighting Control, and general Lighting concepts
• Familiarity with Architectural Lighting and its application in large-scale projects
• Knowledgeable in Interior Design as it relates to integrating lighting solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Dialux, or other lighting design tools) is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is recommended
