Job Title / Designation: Lift Technician No. of Openings: 50 (Bangalore) Job Type - Full-time, On-site (Commercial & Residential Sites) Salary & Benefits - Salary: As per experience & company norms - Benefits: PF & ESI Provided - Shift: 8-hour Rotational Shift - Working Days: 6 Days (1 Weekly Off) - Overtime: Yes (as per site requirement) Installation Responsibilities - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manufacturer specifications. - Assemble and install lift components (car platforms, doors, cables, control systems). - Connect electrical wiring, panels, motors, and power supply. - Conduct post-installation testing for safety & performance compliance. - Follow safety codes, building regulations, and operate hoists/forklifts safely. Other Key Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and adjustment of control systems. - Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults. - Conduct safety inspections and compliance testing. - Troubleshoot brakes, motors, switches, and control systems. - Adhere to safety protocols (PPE harness, safety glasses). - Maintain accurate service reports and client communication. - Communicate effectively with clients and management. Training & Probation - Training will be provided. - Probation Period: As per company policy. Selection Process - 1. Interview Round - 2. Technical Round Required Documents - Aadhaar, PAN, Bank Account Details - Educational Certificates - Experience Certificates (if any) - Recent Photographs Skills & Qualifications - Experience: 1 5 Years in Lift/Elevator Installation & Maintenance. - Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. - Knowledge of lift systems, electrical wiring, motors, control panels. - Ability to read & interpret technical drawings & blueprints. - Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and safety awareness. - Good communication & teamwork skills.
