Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Lift Technician to join our Erection Department. The candidate must have proven experience in elevator erection and installation work, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. The role involves complete installation of lift components, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out erection and installation of elevators (Machine Room, MRL, Hydraulic, and Goods Lifts) as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Assemble and fit guide rails, cabin structures, counterweights, machine units, doors, control panels, and safety devices.
• Perform wiring and electrical connections for elevator control systems.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and smooth movement during installation.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE while working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project managers for work schedules and technical clarifications.
• Maintain daily erection progress reports and report any issues or material requirements.
• Support testing and commissioning teams during final adjustments and inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–5 years of hands-on experience in erection and installation of elevators/lifts (mandatory).
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of elevator erection procedures and components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and IS codes.
• Other Requirements:
• Physically fit to work at heights.
• Willingness to travel for outstation erection projects.

Working Conditions:

• Site-based work in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• May require extended hours, weekend work, or emergency assignments based on project needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
