Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager

As a Lifecycle & Email Marketing Manager at JetLearn, you will play a crucial role in leading the lifecycle communication strategy from onboarding to retention and re-engagement. Your responsibilities will include: - Building compelling email journeys for parents and learners to guide them through every touchpoint - Conducting A/B tests on subject lines, analyzing campaign performance, and launching reactivation flows - Working at the intersection of product, growth, and brand - Shaping the learning journeys of kids worldwide directly - Utilizing AI-tools in email marketing as we are an AI-first company Key Responsibilities: - Understanding the ideal customer persona and market nuances in multiple international markets - Managing lifecycle campaigns for onboarding, education, retention, and upsell - Implementing infrastructure, tools, and best practices to ensure high domain authority and deliverability - Creating end-to-end reporting for all email marketing initiatives - Building and optimizing email flows for trial-to-paid, dormant users, and referrals - Collaborating with Product & RevOps to align in-app and email touchpoints - Testing and optimizing subject lines, send times, triggers, and segments - Maintaining the brand voice while driving measurable actions Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in lifecycle/email marketing (SaaS, PLG, or digital-first preferred) - Proficiency in CRM, automation, and tools like Hubspot - Strong skills in copywriting, sequencing, and customer journey mapping - Data-driven mindset and sharp segmentation logic - Bonus: Experience in EdTech or exposure to freemium models Location: New Delhi (Work from office) Impact: Global Passion: Education + Tech JetLearn is the world's first AI-powered global online academy for kids, operating in 50+ countries.
