Life Insurance Specialist

The company is one of the largest private sector life insurance corporates located at CG Road, Ahmedabad. The CTC package ranges from 2.30 LPA to 5.50 LPA with heavy incentives based on sales performance. Fast track promotion is offered upon completion of yearly target in less than six months. To be considered for this role, you must be a graduate from any stream and have at least 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or the BFSI sector. Being a local resident with a natural market in the location is mandatory. Additionally, having a 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler is a requirement. As a successful candidate, your roles and responsibilities will include fixing customer appointments and visiting potential customers for new business. It is essential to educate customers about the various benefits available in the plan and ensure that it meets their requirements. You will be responsible for self-sourcing customer leads from your natural market to sell life insurance products. When provided with customer leads, you are expected to call and fix appointments for sales visits, converting the leads into sales.
