Not crowded. Helpful staff. Though, I don’t recommend LIC as either an insurer or investment company.

A busy traffic hurdles to park own Vehicles. I submitted LIC policy for maturity I liked the Token system for enquiry. My apprection for the staff who attended my case with her attentive smile and guidance.

Have been here multiple times and the experience has been good. Officers are helpful in explaining things and clarifying any doubts we have. Processing is quick too.

Typical government office ambience. Most are senior staff and have adopted to technology well. Much more application of IT at workplace possible to improve productivity. Overall good experience.

They are really helpful and polite. Best part was we are waiting for help and they are sitting and fighting between themselves as to who should do which part of the work 😂😂. In a busy area. Opp to town hall...It is a five floor building......Only lic Offices with different sections staff members cooperate a lot they help and assist to solve our problems regarding LIC...payments, revaivals.death claim,,,etc....Lic credit card section is on the 4 th floor.....
