Location wise easily accessible, 2 wheelers can be easily parked inside the lic office. Strangely for a govt office the staff is very cooperative. I had went to surrender my lic policy they did co-operate pretty well. 1.30 to 2.15 lunch time and Saturday Sunday is off day.

Mixed experience. Parking is a pain. Have an insurance where i need to give yearly certificate is being alive. Waste of time policy

Worst company. Just the title it has government company. But all fraud activities only. No proper information or services is given to the costume. Waste company. Don't buy any policy from LIC

Location of the building is in city center and convenient location. Very helpful staff and parking is not in same building which is slight inconvenience. Helpful staff mainly ladies and things get done easily if you have all documents …

Staffs doesn't have patience need to improve on their customer service skills just because it is a govt run organisation everyone are in the comfort zone
