Not user friendly....No value for customer if customer knows every process and documentation why they come to LIC office and it is not customer responsibility to know all process and procedure which LIC India follow. That is the reason we are visiting LIC office

It is Lic office. Locating the person whom you want to meet takes some time. The building is very old and the arches are worth a look

My LIC Policy got matured. Very quick in processing and my payment, staff are very friendly. Never felt I am in government office.

It was a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My work was done a matter of few minutes..... The office was posh and well equipped....

Worst experience please avoid taking loan from here once given you need to come in person to branch every time as no customer service number or email id lot of numbers are in the website but no one is picking that up seriously I’m worried for taking loan here
