Key Focus and responsibilities Insurance Intermediaries identification and enabling strategic tie-ups across the industry. Managing relationships across all levels collaborating with front end sales team and operations team to deliver desired results. Identifying and providing market inputs with respect to products, process and competition for constant improvement. Execute campaigns designed to boost business. Support and work with business development team to create new business opportunities. • Ensure high persistency with minimal cancellation. Qualification and competency: Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Insurance Broking /Business Development role. Should have experience in being part of broking or alliances team in financial sector. Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth. Analyzing Business needs and aligning stakeholders on business requirements, system requirements, program functions, and strategy Enhancing the quality of business and services Preparing impact and opportunity assessments regarding the cost/benefit of proposed projects. Decision-making skills The candidate should be resourceful and demonstrate a through understanding of key performance metrics on various channels. Required skills includes: • Building long term strategic partnerships with sustainable volume based business. • Formulate strategies and ability to tweak as per market conditions. Technical Skills • Required basic understanding of partner integration and customer journey • Skill to understand and monitor analytical dashboard. • Efficient in using presentation and database tools such as Powerpoint, Excel etc. Collaborative Skills & Stakeholder Management: Skill to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and various levels of the organization.
