Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to advisors, enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge to achieve individual and team targets. Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess advisor performance, offering feedback and strategies for improvement to meet business objectives. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Policy Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for policies secured by the advisor team, contributing to the overall profitability and sustainability of the business.Preferred candidate profile Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is typically required for these roles. Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales, preferably within the insurance sector, is preferred. Candidates with a strong professional network are also considered. Skills: Effective communication, leadership abilities, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
