There was no response from the Deputy Manager (P&GS) despite several e-mails sent to them on pending annuity payment. The land line was not working for several days. No rectification of the line as of today.

Worst service from LIC, lathergic staff and not able to answer anything properly. Employees are still in 90's and not supportive as well

Worst place to visit. Staff are still ijn90's . no proper response. Mentioned that migration is happening and settlement will be delayed. Already delayed by months. Least bothered about a customer
