Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Insurance Agent based in Kolkata. The Life Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing customized solutions. The role also includes selling insurance products, meeting sales targets, and offering guidance on financial planning. Other responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, processing paperwork, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Knowledge of Insurance products and industry practices
• Basic understanding of Finance and financial planning concepts
• Strong Customer Service skills, including communication and problem-solving abilities
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude
• Prior experience in the insurance or finance sector is advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
