Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Life Insurance Adviser based in Kolkata, with opportunities for remote work. The Life Insurance Adviser will engage with potential and existing clients to provide tailored insurance and financial consulting services. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending suitable insurance products, explaining policy details, and assisting clients through the application process. The Adviser will also ensure excellent customer service and develop long-term client relationships to build trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance and Finance-related knowledge to guide clients effectively
• Consulting skills to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills to address client queries and maintain satisfaction
• Excellent Communication abilities, including verbal and written, to clearly convey insurance policy details
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup, effectively managing both on-site and remote responsibilities
• Prior experience in the insurance or finance industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
