Magic Bus operates across India, impacting over 1 million young people through 240 Community Learning Centres, 80 Livelihood Centres, and 8 Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres. Their programs focus on life skills, employability, and entrepreneurship development to connect young people to sustainable job opportunities.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Training Officer, Centre Manager & Mobilizer. The candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing training programs, managing the day-to-day operations of the Livelihood Centre, and mobilizing community resources. The roles include assessing training needs, creating training modules, conducting sessions, monitoring progress, and providing post-placement support. Engaging with community stakeholders, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center are integral parts of the role.

• Experience in Training in an organizational setting
• Proficiency in creating training modules and assessing progress
• Ability to engage with community stakeholders effectively
• Experience in managing center operations and resources
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or related field is preferable
