Role Description

The LIC Insurance Advisor role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial and insurance needs. Responsibilities include promoting LIC's diverse range of insurance products, providing financial advice, and supporting clients in selecting suitable plans. The advisor will also conduct client meetings, assist with policy renewals, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a part-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Insurance and Finance, with a strong understanding of LIC's products and services.
• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored financial advice to clients.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist and engage with clients.
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.
• Fluency in local languages will be an added advantage to connect with diverse clients in Bengaluru.
