Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Policy Sales Identify potential customers (prospects) and analyze their financial situation to offer suitable insurance plans. Guide customers in selecting the right life insurance policy based on their needs. Explain different LIC or related insurance company plans and benefits. 2. Client Management Maintain continuous contact with existing and new clients to ensure policy retention and new purchases. Assist with policy renewal and claim processing. Provide customer service and help with any insurance-related issues. 3. Marketing and Networking Adopt various marketing and referral strategies to increase sales. Promote insurance products through social media, personal networks, and other channels. Conduct meetings and presentations to educate people about the benefits of insurance. 4. Administrative Work Complete policy applications accurately and thoroughly. Maintain sales records and adhere to company policies and regulations. Attend LIC or insurance company training sessions and workshops.
