Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an LIC Advisor based in New Delhi, with some allowance for work from home. The LIC Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, providing suitable insurance policy advice, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role includes conducting policy sales, follow-ups, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Advisors will also be required to participate in marketing initiatives and attend periodic training sessions.

Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Effective customer service and relationship management abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Relevant certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
Bachelor's degree/12th in any discipline preferred
