Liasoning executive

Job Title: Liaisoning Executive – Construction
Location: Santacruz, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various government and municipal authorities (BMC, MMRDA, MHADA, SRA, etc.) for obtaining necessary approvals, NOCs, and clearances for construction projects.
• Handle documentation and submission processes related to building plans, commencement certificates (CC), occupancy certificates (OC), environmental clearances, and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, legal advisors, and consultants.
• Track the status of applications and follow up to ensure timely approvals.
• Stay updated with changes in building by-laws, development regulations, and other legal requirements affecting construction projects.
• Maintain proper records of all laisoning activities, permissions, and communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams (project, legal, design) to ensure alignment with regulatory norms.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction liaisoning with a good understanding of local regulatory processes and departments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle documentation and compliance procedures independently.
• Familiarity with real estate development regulations and statutory requirements in Mumbai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
