Liaison Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for handling statutory approvals and liaisoning with government and local authorities for architectural and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Municipal Corporation, Town Planning, Collector Office, Fire Dept., Environment Dept., etc.
• Manage submission, follow-ups, and tracking of approvals and NOCs
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients
• Ensure compliance with building bylaws and statutory regulations
• Attend authority meetings, inspections, and site visits

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Experience in liaisoning and statutory approvals
• Good knowledge of local building laws (Maharashtra preferred)
• Strong communication and follow-up skills

Preferred

• Experience with government / institutional projects
• Existing authority network (advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,596.47 - ₹65,019.39 per month
