STARE/MIS operations support multi-disciplined ISR operations and intelligence analysis/correlation to develop and maintain a Common Operating Picture (COP) that provides operational situational awareness for current, past, and future operations. The Lead Geospatial Imagery Specialist will provide Indian-National FSR workforce leadership for operational sensor data information collection and Geospatial Analyst workforce performance in support of MQ-9 UAS missions. Other responsibilities include: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Lead and provide administrative support for five FN-FSR Geospatial Imagery Analysists at INS Rajali, India. This responsibility includes motivating the analyst workforce to maximize the employment of MIS/STARE, OPTIX and aircraft sensors. Endeavor to harmonize a collaborative culture that successfully promotes current, past, and future Indian Navy MQ-9 Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. Coordinate with the GA-ASI MIS Lead FSR to maximize the operational performance of the Indian-Foreign National geospatial analyst workforce at INS Rajali Coordinate with the GA-GI and GA-ASI to assure effective training, qualification and standards for geospatial analysts in support of Sea Guardian operations. Liaison with Indian Naval Headquarters, GA-GAGI, GA-ASI and GA-CCRi in pursuit of business development, proliferation and program management of OPTIX. Supports planning, coordination, and preparation of daily mission tasking including collaborating with key stakeholders, briefing/debriefing mission crews and stakeholders, etc. Monitors real-time mission to provide operational feedback between supported unit/agency and the mission crew; to ensure mission execution per the tasking order; to liaison with JCG personnel and/or agencies; and to provide on-site operational leadership Operational situational awareness for current, past and future missions. They will compare information to past data collected by the system and recommend additional collects, characterize information, and disseminate as needed. Duties will include 50% travel to INS Rajali and other places as required. Maintain good liaison with customer at Headquarters & local station levels to resolve issues and implementation of new business proposals.

Indian Ministry of Defence (IMoD)has an enduring requirement for airborne ISR platforms using 31 MQ-9B aircraft, purchased from GA-ASI. The IMoD will rely on General Atomics, Global India (GA-GI) for Contract Logistic Support (CLS) and to develop the infrastructure for Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) required to operate the Indian MQ9B aircraft. To fulfill this requirement GA-GI must hire additional Indian-national support personnel. These personnel will provide general and administrative management for GA-GI to fulfill IMoD’s CLS and MRO requirements. The individual will report to Director (India Ops) through Head of Tech Ops (India) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; Complete to finish work assignments based off of broad specifications, objectives, possible results anticipated and critical reference points requiring special attention. Guides the successful resolution of engineering problems, serves as a consulting resource of engineering knowledge, applies the latest technological advancements to the problem, and may function in a project leadership role. Responsible for the entire Unmanned Aircraft System, including the modifying and configuring of aircraft and ground control stations to meet customer specified programs. Duties also include executing ground tests and supporting flight test activities. This includes flightline activities such as pre-flight, launch and recovery, and postflight data collection. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Service, troubleshoot, repair, inspect, maintain aircraft, engine and ground support equipment in support of test operations and sustainment activities in accordance with maintenance documentation. Perform work on airframe and powerplant in support of operations and sustainment activities. Develop and review new processes and procedures. Assist in training efforts for various customers. Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Inspect powerplant and related components at regular intervals adhering to company approved procedures, maintenance manuals, and/or government technical order requirements. Review records to ensure all required documentation is completed in accordance with established company procedures for government and customer technical order requirements. Perform all launch and recovery tasks of aircraft to include ground operations, pre and postflight items, ground observer responsibilities, and inspect, test, maintain and operate ground support equipment. Maintain a productive and safe working environment in accordance with established operating procedures and practices. Support compliance with GA Global Japan K.K. and program related standard operating procedures and related trade controls compliance processes. Other duties as assigned or required.
