Lending Operations Specialist

Job Description: As a member of the ANZ Wholesale Lending Operations unit for Operations in Bengaluru, your primary responsibility will be to manage, lead, and support the lending functions. This includes tasks such as loans processing, static data maintenance, and limit maintenance with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve building relationships, problem analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate operations service to exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide integrated and high-level customer service to internal and external customers through collaboration and engagement - Ensure clear, concise, timely, and accurate customer correspondence - Resolve complex matters or escalate them to the Line manager - Act as a first point of contact for internal and external parties for all team matters impacting the business - Guide employees towards goal achievement through teamwork, motivation, and development skills - Provide guidance and training to less experienced team members - Develop and implement appropriate procedures, processes, and cross-training - Ensure all services comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes, and standards - Resolve issues or escalate them as required Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of lending processes - Minimum 24 months of experience with LoanIQ - Excellent communication skills in written and oral English - Strong problem-solving skills - Accuracy and attention to detail ANZ is a dynamic workplace where you can make a significant impact on the banking and financial services industry.
