Lending Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for completing day-to-day activities as per standards and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Specifically, you will verify account opening documents for PWM US clients against KYC requirements and ensure correct FATCA reporting to comply with regulatory obligations. It is crucial for you to adhere to all cut-off times and maintain the quality of processing as outlined in SLAs. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain quality and quantity of processing as per SLA requirements - Capable of handling multiple deadlines effectively - Process and approve all cases within the given TAT - Demonstrate knowledge of AML and ABR procedures and roles - Familiarity with various regulations such as REG E, D, and Volker - Ensure timely completion of all requests while adhering to client confidentiality - Update volumes in spreadsheets/work logs accurately and on time - Foster a culture of teamwork within the team - Escalate issues promptly to the appropriate level to prevent any adverse impact on the business Qualifications Required: - Fundamental knowledge of KYC, FATCA, account opening, and banking procedures - Understanding of business information search for potential clients - Knowledge of transaction approval procedures to mitigate the risk of fraud and error - Familiarity with different client documentation across geographies - Understanding of the on-boarding process life cycle - Knowledge of debit cards, online services, and checkbook issuance would be advantageous About the Company: Deutsche Bank Group is committed to fostering a culture of empowerment, responsible action, commercial thinking, initiative-taking, and collaborative work.
