With a wide presence of over 90 stores in major Indian cities, our primary focus is on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a full-time on-site LEGO Retail Professional based in Bengaluru, your key responsibilities will include Retail Sales, showcasing in-depth Product Knowledge, ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction, maintaining effective Communication, and consistently delivering superior Customer Service. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills, demonstrate proficiency in Product Knowledge, prioritize Customer Satisfaction, exhibit excellent Communication skills, and ideally have previous experience in the retail industry. The ability to collaborate effectively in teams and consistently provide outstanding customer experiences is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, and familiarity with LEGO products would be advantageous.
