Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation from a recognized university or institution. - Successful passage of the All-India Bar Examination (AIBE). - Enrollment as an advocate with a State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India. - 3+ years of experience practicing law, preferably focusing on commercial or contract law. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - An undergraduate degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science is preferred. - Experience in engineering, environmental consulting, or construction is preferred.
