Job Description

Prepare master documents, including Agreements for Sale and Sale Deeds, for all projects in consultation with Legal consultant, GM & MP.
Draft customer sale agreements as per inputs from the Sales & Marketing Department.
Review and verify agreements for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
Forward duly signed agreements to the Customer Care Department.
Modify agreements based on customer care requests, ensuring alignment with management and legal guidance.
Prepare NOC letters for all projects
Coordinate with banks to process tripartite agreements.
Verify draft sale deeds submitted by external documentation teams or lawyers.
Prepare Power of Attorney (PoA) documents as required.
Prepare contract agreements.
Prepare, review, and finalize lease agreements and license agreements for company properties or project-related requirements.
Submit Form 1 with building permit and plan set to the Labour Office.Attend hearings whenever required.Ensure timely calculation and remittance of cess for all projects.
Follow up on One-Time Building Tax (OTB) for all projects.
Safe custody of the legal files under intimation to legal consultant.
Followup of pending cases collecting posting dates & intimating the same to the legal department.
