Legal Manager
Location

Andheri JB Nagar

Working Days

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

Review and draft a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Provide advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and risks.
Stay updated with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards that impact the company's operations.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and assess their potential impact on the business.
Advise the management and departments on compliance matters.
Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions to mitigate them.
Advise on legal issues related to business strategies and activities.
Provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, including contracts, policies, and labor laws.
Assist in handling employee disputes and grievances.

Qualifications and Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a legal professional in non-litigation matters.
Sound knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal advice to non-legal professionals.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Professionalism, integrity, and a proactive approach to legal matters.
