Praxis Legal is hiring an experienced professional for the position of
Associate
within its
Disputes
practice, focusing on
Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.Qualification
- Minimum 4–5 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in civil & commercial litigation and arbitration.
- Mandatory Experience: Proven experience drafting and appearing before the Bombay High Court, Bombay City Civil Court, NCLT, DRT, and arbitral tribunals.
- Strong knowledge of practice and procedure for the listed courts/forums.
- Preferred: Familiarity with construction/engineering disputes is an advantage.
- Ability to manage complex disputes, work independently and collaboratively, and be comfortable with travel across India.
