to join their Dispute Resolution Team in Kolkata. This is an essential, full-time, on-site role for practicing advocates with relevant post-qualification experience in disputes.

- Position: Legal Associate Dispute Resolution Team
- Experience Required (PQE): 23 years post-qualification experience.
- Vacancies: 03 posts
- Job Type: Full-time, On-site
- Location: Kolkata (Preference for candidates based in Kolkata)
- Salary: As per applicable market standards and performance
Practice Areas
- Dispute Resolution (Litigation and Arbitration)
- Legal Research and Drafting
- Case Strategy and Preparation
Eligibility Criteria
- Practicing Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
- 23 years post-qualification experience.
- Preference for candidates based in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting of pleadings, briefs, and other court documents.
- Assist in litigation and arbitration matters; prepare case notes and submissions.
- Client coordination and support for hearings and filings.
- Contribute to strategy and case preparation under senior supervision.
