to join their Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Litigation team in Delhi. This on-site role is for a lawyer with an interest or experience in handling complex IP disputes across various fora.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Law degree (LL.B.) is mandatory.
- Experience in IPR litigation is preferred.
- Strong research and drafting skills.
- Interest/exposure in trademark, copyright, and patent litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in IPR litigation across courts and tribunals.
- Drafting pleadings and legal documents.
- Conducting legal research on IP-related matters.
- Supporting senior lawyers in case strategy and hearings.
