• Experience: 1–2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Location: Delhi (Courts-based litigation practice)

Eligibility & Requirements

• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.

• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in civil and commercial litigation matters in Delhi courts.
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and research notes.
• Attend court hearings and assist in courtroom strategy.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case briefs.
• Collaborate closely with counsel on case preparation and filings.
