Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor/supplier contracts, and customer agreements, ensuring all reflect the parties’ intent and are compliant with applicable laws Trabajo+1Foundit+1.

• Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends impacting LegalTech; advise stakeholders on changes and implications Trabajo.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified lawyer (LLB or equivalent) with 2–3 years of corporate / LPO experience, ideally in LegalTech or SaaS environments Trabajo+1iimjobs.com+1.
• Experience drafting and negotiating contracts (NDAs, SaaS, MSA, service agreements) with attention to detail and legal compliance.
• Strong legal drafting skills, analytical ability, and a good commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and ability to monitor regulatory developments.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity or willingness to learn AI-powered contract management tools; experience with CLM systems is a plus Volody Products+3Internshala+3Uplers+3.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
